4. 補充：

(a)  as＋形容詞原級＋as

e.g. I am as tall as my father.  (我和我爸爸一樣高。)

(b)  A＋be V＋the＋形容詞比較級＋of the two(名詞).

      e.g. Nancy is the quieter of the two (girls).

(c) much/ even/ a lot＋形容詞比較級：…得多，來得更…

 e.g. She is much/ even/ a lot taller than John. (她比John高得多)

(d) 比較級＋and＋比較級 → 越來越…

e.g. (1) The weather is becoming hotter and hotter. (天氣變得越來越熱了。)

       (2) He becomes more and more considerate. (他變得越來越體貼了。)

(e) Paul is the second tallest student in his class. (Paul是班上第二高的學生)
