隨著少子化與都市化的發展,孩童在家中缺乏與他人互動的機會;另一方面,少子化也使多數孩子較為以自我為中心,缺乏合作與互助的練習。學校作為孩子與同齡或不同年齡同儕互動的主要場域,自然成為提升社會情緒智能的重要推手。因此,學校能在這方面扮演什麼角色,如何促進跨班級、跨家庭,乃至於家庭中的合作,都是值得深入探討的重要議題
With declining birth rates and increasing urbanization, children have fewer opportunities for social interaction at home. Many grow up with limited experience in cooperation and mutual support. Schools, as key spaces for peer interaction, play a crucial role in developing social and emotional intelligence. How schools can promote collaboration across classes, families, and within the home is an important topic worth exploring.
